A company shortlist and a first-contact email
Bring your product website, one target market and exclusions. Research companies, inspect the source for one match, then identify the buying role and contact route. Use that evidence to prepare the complete email.
Stop when you can reopen the shortlist and read a draft grounded in the selected company. A missing contact is a research gap, not a reason to invent an address. If timing matters, add a dated company-signal check.
A useful reply to an existing buyer discussion
Bring the buyer problem and preferred public channel. Find relevant discussions, open the original post and inspect what earlier replies covered. Then use the supported-action table and reply example to prepare a contribution.
Stop at an editable reply when the target or connection is not ready. If exact product vocabulary finds no posts, use the community-query example to search for the underlying task.
A partner or exhibitor shortlist
For a creator campaign, specify the audience and the type of collaboration you can offer. Compare relevant work before writing the invitation. For an event, start with the official exhibitor directory for the correct edition.
The handoff is a reasoned shortlist, its sources and a proposed collaboration or research question. Event attendance and follower counts alone do not establish fit.
An article with matching campaign media
Supply the reader’s question, product facts and permitted references. Prepare the complete article, then review its claims. Create a product image or a short video only when it demonstrates the message.
Stop with the editable article and actual media assets. For publication, save the article to the selected WordPress site, inspect it and approve the desired status. The draft and public page have separate checks.
A page correction based on search evidence
Start with the exact page URL and reader question. Inspect the page and add Search Console query and page data when available. A title problem, failed link and wrong search intent require different changes.
For code, use the connected repository review workflow. For an article, update the existing CMS item. Stop when the published page contains the intended correction; indexing and performance need subsequent observation. Use AI-answer simulation as a separately scoped check.
A reply and the next week’s work
Read the original email thread before drafting. Carry unresolved questions into the follow-up plan. At review time, separate prepared work, external actions and customer responses using the campaign-review example.
Use those observations to build the next weekly plan. Reopen saved results and the original conversation instead of restarting the research for every task.
