Pick the piece that removes repeated work
If prospects keep asking the same setup question, answer it once in a useful FAQ and reuse the explanation in individual replies. If you need new conversations, work on a small company shortlist and a first email instead. Afield supports both; the point is to choose the artifact you will actually use.
Give the assistant your website, the question and the confirmed product facts. Ask for a complete output. You should not have to turn a list of writing suggestions into the finished paragraph yourself.
One question, two finished pieces
Demonstration inputs: a fictional software product accepts a CSV with task name, owner and due date; files are reviewed before import; attachments stay outside the import. These are supplied example facts, not claims about Afield's import capabilities.
The website FAQ
Can I bring my existing checklist?
Yes. Prepare a CSV with a task name, owner and due date for each row. We review the file before import so you can resolve missing owners and unclear dates first.
Attachments are not included in the import. Keep those files separately and link them to the relevant tasks after the checklist is in place.
To start, send a sample checklist with any sensitive information removed. We will confirm which rows are ready and what needs attention.
The individual reply
Subject: Bringing your existing checklist
Hello,
You can start from your existing checklist. The import uses task name, owner and due date in a CSV, with a review before the file is imported. Attachments stay separate.
Could you send a small sample with sensitive information removed? We can confirm the mapping and identify missing fields before you prepare the whole file.
Best,
Your name
Ask Afield for the two pieces together, then edit the actual explanation in the same conversation. A change to the attachment rule should appear in both versions.
Leave a restart note, not another open-ended task
If you stop before using the work, save the exact next step with it:
FAQ and reply reviewed. The FAQ has not been applied to the website. Next: update the existing checklist FAQ, open the public page and add its URL to the reply. No email has been sent.
This is a handoff note you can reuse, not a claim about an automatic publication. Open the saved work from Tasks or continue its conversation. For a first customer campaign, use the quickstart; for a larger assignment, put the remaining deliverable in the weekly plan.
