Supply the example the marketing should explain
Afield can help research buyer questions and write the demonstration. Your product supplies the behavior being demonstrated. Start with a supported input, its actual output and an exception your team can explain. This gives the writer more to work with than “fast, accurate AI.”
Attach approved product material or describe the tested behavior. Include the step a person still performs. A buyer evaluating the workflow needs to see where the AI output ends and their own decision begins.
A complete 45-second demo script
Fictional product example: an invoice extraction tool returns invoice number, invoice date and service date. Afield is being used to prepare its marketing script; Afield is not presented here as an invoice-processing product. Replace each proposed scene with the corresponding capture from your own product.
| Time | Show | Say |
|---|---|---|
| 0–8 seconds | Permitted sample invoice with invoice date and service date highlighted. | “This invoice has two dates. Before it enters the finance workflow, we need to know what each one means.” |
| 8–20 seconds | The product's actual extracted fields beside the source. | “The output keeps the invoice date and service date separate. Here is the value returned for each field.” |
| 20–32 seconds | The actual review procedure for a missing or ambiguous value. | “When a required value is unclear, the reviewer compares it with the source before accepting the record.” |
| 32–40 seconds | The confirmed record in the format the product supports. | “This is the record we can use next. Confirming its meaning remains part of the workflow.” |
| 40–45 seconds | A simple evaluation invitation. | “Bring a sample that contains your difficult fields. We will show how this workflow handles it.” |
The script deliberately contains no invented speed or accuracy number. Its proof is the visible input-to-output sequence.
Answer the evaluation question that remains
Ask Afield to investigate how your intended buyer discusses this workflow. Use the resulting questions to choose the next piece:
- “How much correction is needed?” Show the actual review of an ambiguous sample.
- “Can we use the output in our system?” Explain the currently supported export or integration.
- “What happens to the data?” Use your approved data-handling documentation.
Draft one answer in full. Do not bury it under a longer list of capabilities.
Carry the same example into the launch assets
Keep the approved script and source material in the Afield conversation. Ask for a landing-page explanation or a channel-specific post based on that same example. The image-to-video guide covers a media brief; the trial scorecard helps a buyer record what they actually tested.
A useful launch pack contains the finished script, the selected captures, the evaluation question and one invitation to try it. Those are concrete assets a founder can review before publication.
