Select the intended account
Open Integrations and confirm the provider and destination: the sending mailbox, website, page or social account. Name the target in your request when an account manages several destinations.
Connection status alone does not establish permission to send or publish. Resolve any missing scope, destination access or expired authorization before execution; the prepared draft can remain available while you do that.
Name the final version, not just the topic
In the assistant, identify the reviewed draft and the action. “Publish the article about migration” is ambiguous when the conversation contains several versions. Refer to the final title and latest approved body, and specify draft or public publication.
| Action | Review together |
|---|---|
| Send an email | Sender, recipient, subject, body, attachments and links |
| Save an article | Site, title, complete body, media and draft status |
| Publish a post | Account, final text, media and publication state |
Follow the confirmation presented for that action. A previous review of an outline does not substitute for checking the complete final text.
Read back the destination result
Open the returned URL or inspect the sent message. Compare the destination and full content with the approved version. For a site that imports a CMS feed, check both the saved item and the visitor-facing page.
Use the result’s actual state: saved draft, awaiting review, published, sent, partial or failed. For GitHub work, a returned pull request awaits the repository’s review and release process. The Zoho mailbox example walks through a test procedure and uses a hypothetical result to distinguish a send acknowledgment from a message found in the receiving inbox.
Handle an uncertain status without making a duplicate
If the interface disconnects after the action starts, check the mailbox or site before retrying. When the item exists, preserve its link or receipt and continue from that item. When it is absent, resolve the connection issue and retry the intended version.
Do not generate another article merely because publication failed. The completed draft and the publication attempt are separate parts of the task.
