Recover a task without losing the work already done

The task stopped or returned only a plan

Open the existing conversation and Tasks → History to check for saved work. In a task’s workspace, Results shows available deliverables and Activity contains execution records. Use Continue conversation when the original chat link is present.

Continue this task using the sources already collected. Keep the saved
research and produce the missing full report. Do not restart the company
search or create another weekly plan.

Retry directly when the error states execution never started. When partial work exists, identify it and request only the unfinished part. A legacy record without a saved result cannot be recovered by changing its status.

The interface keeps saying it is thinking

Check the active step, latest progress update or error. Reopen the original conversation before submitting the task again; a result may have arrived after the connection was interrupted.

For a page-load error, use the visible Retry or Reload action. If it persists, record the page URL, task title and approximate start time. A spinner is not evidence that useful work continues. Avoid several identical submissions while the original run’s outcome is unknown.

A report is empty or names the wrong website

Check the selected property in Integrations and compare the same dates in the provider. A wrong property, a date range with no recorded activity and expired authorization need different repairs.

Reconnect for an access problem. Check tracking if the provider itself has no expected event. A reporting connection cannot recreate activity that the site never recorded.

A send or publication has no clear result

Inspect the destination mailbox or website before retrying. If the message or article exists, keep its receipt or URL and continue from that item. If it is absent, check the connection and retry the intended draft after the problem is resolved.

Preserve the completed text. A publication error does not require another writing task.

Send a report that can identify the run

Send contact@afieldai.io enough detail to identify the affected page and run:
