Specify the audience and contribution
In the assistant, specify the audience, platform and collaboration format. Add region or budget if they affect the selection.
Find creators or newsletters covering customer acquisition for small
B2B software founders. Include a relevant recent piece of work, its URL,
the audience-fit reason and a guest tutorial we could contribute using
our approved customer-research example.Use your own audience and contribution. Private rates and availability need a direct discussion; they cannot be inferred from the public profile.
Inspect what the audience actually reads
Open the linked work and check whether the level of detail fits your contribution. A profile describing itself as “for founders” may publish investor news rather than practical acquisition advice. Keep a short note explaining the specific match.
For each retained candidate, preserve the relevant article URL, proposed format, available public business contact and unknown commercial details. The reason to collaborate should be visible without reopening every search result.
Draft the proposal around the candidate’s work
Ask for one message naming the relevant article and the contribution you can provide. Include the format and timing you know. Ask about rates or availability when needed instead of inventing them.
Your recent tutorial explains how to choose an initial customer segment. We could contribute a worked company-review example showing which records we would keep and reject. Would that practical follow-up fit an upcoming issue?
This is illustrative wording. Replace the reference with an article you actually inspected, and promise only material you can supply.
Keep research and agreement separate
The saved shortlist should contain each candidate’s relevant work, fit reason, proposed contribution, public contact route if available, and questions about terms or availability. Use the selected candidate to prepare the proposal in the same conversation.
Review the recipient and final message before a connected send. After a reply, record the agreed deliverable, review process, dates and measurement. A researched candidate is not a booked placement. The partner guide provides a complete sample proposal and scope sheet.
