Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: July 16, 2026

You can disconnect a platform without deleting your Afield account, or request deletion of your entire Afield account and associated cloud data.

Disconnect a connected platform

  1. Open Afield and go to Integrations.
  2. Select the connected service.
  3. Choose Disconnect or Unbind.

This disables Afield’s stored credential for that integration. You may also revoke Afield directly from the provider’s connected-app or security settings.

Delete your Afield account and cloud data

Email yuelongxu315@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Afield account. Use the subject Afield data deletion request and state whether you want:

Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, verification codes, or identity documents. We may ask you to confirm the request using your account email. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days, unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law. Backup copies are removed or overwritten on their normal cycle.

Local desktop data

Some Afield desktop data may remain only on your computer. Deleting cloud data does not automatically delete files stored locally on a device you control. You can remove local application data by using the product’s local reset/uninstall controls or by contacting us for platform-specific instructions.
