Effective and last updated: July 21, 2026
This policy applies to paid Afield subscriptions and one-time Credit purchases made through Afield’s official checkout. It does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.
1. First subscription purchase
You may request a refund of your first subscription payment within 14 calendar days after the charge. A full refund is normally available when the included Credits or paid features have not been materially used. Otherwise, the request may be declined or adjusted where permitted by law.
2. Subscription renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Alipay fixed-term prepayments do not renew automatically. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal. If an unintended renewal occurs, contact us within 48 hours after the charge so we can review usage and any rights required by law.
3. One-time Credit purchases
A one-time Credit purchase may be refunded within 14 calendar days only if none of those Credits have been used. Partially or fully used Credits are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise or the charge was duplicate, unauthorized, or technically incorrect.
4. Service problems and incorrect charges
Contact us if the paid service is materially unavailable or a paid feature does not work as described. If we cannot provide the service within a reasonable time, we may issue a full or proportionate refund. Confirmed duplicate and incorrect charges will be refunded.
5. How to request a refund
Email us from the address used for your Afield account. Include the purchase date, amount, transaction or invoice identifier, and a short explanation. Do not send full card or bank details. We aim to respond within five business days.
6. Processing and timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method, bank, and payment network.
7. Cancellation and access
Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund. Unless a refund or law requires earlier termination, paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
8. Abuse and legal rights
We may refuse requests involving fraud, abuse, repeated refunding, a violation of the Terms, or attempts to retain benefits after a refund. This policy does not exclude consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
