Afield is an independently operated software service run by Yuelong Xu. By using Afield, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Afield provides AI-assisted market research, go-to-market workspace, drafting, communication, scheduling, customer, task, and connected-account features through web and desktop applications. Features can change or be limited by the permissions and rules of a connected service.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and be legally able to accept these Terms. You may connect only accounts and data that you own or are authorized to use.
3. User review and external actions
You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether to send, publish, comment, message, or rely on it. Afield will use the applicable product controls before performing supported real external actions.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Afield to break the law, infringe rights, deceive or harass others, distribute malware, bypass access controls, violate platform rules, send unlawful spam, manipulate engagement, or publish content you are not authorized to publish.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Afield a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to provide and improve the features you request. You represent that you have the necessary rights to your content and instructions.
6. AI-assisted output
AI-assisted output can be incomplete or inaccurate and is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Afield does not guarantee business results, platform approval, deliverability, rankings, replies, or engagement.
7. Plans, Credits, and renewal
Current plan prices and included Credits are shown on the Pricing page. Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay subscription checkouts may be billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until canceled. Alipay plan checkouts are fixed-term one-time prepayments and do not renew automatically. Taxes may apply and are calculated at checkout. Additional purchase terms shown at checkout also apply.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address security or legal risk, or respond to a material violation. You may stop using Afield and request account deletion at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Afield is provided “as is” and “as available.” Afield and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, or third-party platform action arising from use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
